Venue:

  • Locating appropriate venues and finalising the booking of the venue

Catering

  • Locating an appropriate catering company
  • Confirming the menu
  • Confirming food and beverage staff
  • Locating appropriate cake companies and confirming the ordering and picking up of the wedding cake

Theming

  • We will organise everything you require for the styling and will be there on the day to set everything up
  • Tracking down, organising, hiring, creating, setting up and packing down anything for your theme
  • Organising, personalising and creation of Guest party favors

Entertainment

  • As we are a full events company we can also take care of the entertainment side of it, whether you are just looking for a jazz duo to a full circus themed line up of performers we will handle all the booking of performers
  • We also organise all the audio and visual requirements as well including lighting

Photography

  1. We can organise for a photographer or team of photographers to capture all the special moments of your day
  2. Why have just still moments when you can have a full video of everything and everyone that was at your wedding!
  3. We can also do post wedding video editing to cut the footage into a highlight reel from 10 mins to an hour or even more!

Transportation

If you have quite a few guests traveling from interstate or international

  1. We can organise for their transportation to and from the venue
  2. Transportation of the Bride and Groom to and from the ceremony and reception venues

The Ceremony

  1. Our team arrives at the ceremony venue to set up all the styling/theming
  2. Confirming management of any musicians at the
  1. Our events manager will confirm all food and drinks are prepared and will liaison with the venue staff to ensure event is on ready to go on time
  2. Our contact from your company arrives an hour before to ensure all the set up is as you desired and to greet early guests (there are always a few)

Getting Ready

  1. The hair stylist/s and makeup artist/s will arrive at your chosen location ready to pamper the Bridal party
  2. Your dress, shoes, accessories etc. will already be prepared and ready for you to be changed into at your chosen location
  3. The flowers and bouquets will be prepared and ready at your chosen location
  4. Transportation will be ready and waiting to take you to the ceremony when the time is right

The Ceremony

  1. You step out of the vehicle at the ceremony venue and are taken to the bridal room
  2. Confirming management of any musicians at the
